Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service carefully before using our services
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a stay at The Hill Villas House or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website, facilities, and services during your stay.
These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our property and services.
2. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
- No smoking is permitted inside rooms or indoor spaces. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited unless approved in advance by management.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered overnight visitors are not permitted.
- Guests are financially responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive mess caused during their stay.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Failure to check out on time without approval may result in extra charges.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Guests may cancel reservations with a full refund if done at least 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay.
No-shows will not receive a refund. Refunds for early check-outs are at management’s discretion.
5. Prohibited Uses
The property and its amenities must not be used for illegal, abusive, or dangerous activities. Prohibited actions include:
- Hosting events or parties without prior written permission
- Tampering with surveillance, fire alarms, or security equipment
- Use or possession of illegal substances or weapons
- Accessing restricted or staff-only areas
6. Pet Policy
The Hill Villas House is pet-friendly, however:
- Pets must be declared at booking and approved in advance
- Owners are responsible for pet behavior and cleaning
- Pets must not be left unattended inside the rooms
- Extra cleaning charges may apply for pet-related messes or damages
7. Limitation of Liability
The Hill Villas House will not be liable for any:
- Personal injuries or accidents occurring on the property unless due to proven negligence
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or power outages
8. Termination of Stay
Management reserves the right to cancel reservations or evict guests immediately without refund for:
- Violation of terms or house rules
- Illegal or dangerous behavior
- Endangerment of staff, guests, or property
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during booking is used solely for reservation, communication, and compliance with legal obligations. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
10. Property Access & Security
Security measures, including CCTV, are in place for the safety of all guests. Guests should ensure doors and windows are secured when leaving the room. Staff may access rooms for cleaning or emergencies with prior notice whenever possible.
11. Internet Usage
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guests must not use the internet for unlawful activities such as downloading pirated content or attempting to access restricted networks.
12. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Guests will be notified of changes via our website or at check-in. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
